Practice Development Days
Available in full and half day sessions I will spend time
with key staff teams, stimulating engagement in the development process.
Working together with key members of staff, from caretakers to management, I am able to get a clear idea of where you are and what you are trying to achieve, ensuring those intrinsic to long term change are involved in the process.
With corroborative and constructive support that recognises and scaffolds existing knowledge I help teams to build on their strengths whilst suggesting new ideas and exploring misconceptions.
