Observing, assessing and planning to improve practice

Implementing an effective observation, assessment and planning cycle without drowning in paperwork, whilst also meeting the demands of Ofsted and a curricula that remains intentionally vague can feel like an impossible task. 

Within this session delegates will explore how to meet these needs while keeping the experiences of children central, and retaining their own well-being.
